As professional readers we follow this Ethics Policy:
1. The purpose of our readings is to inspire and empower our clients so that they can gain clarity in making decisions and taking responsibility in their own life.
The Rose Sisters Oracle is a powerful divination method for self-development, for healing, for personal growth and for dreamwork. The cards provide an esoteric portal into the wisdom and teachings of the Sisterhood of the Rose.
2. We will treat you and the readings with deep respect and confidentiality, unless the situation is possibly life-threatening.
3. We will read the cards to the best of our professional skills and intuitive abilities. We will conduct the readings with honesty, openness, transparency and care. We will lead with our hearts.
4. We will welcome clients of all cultures, religions, spiritual paths, sexual orientations, gender identities, age, and socioeconomic status.
5. We will not do readings to see what someone other than our client is doing or feeling, nor will we do a reading for anyone under 18 years old without the written permission of a parent or guardian and the parent is present for the reading.
6. We will strive to give our clients positive direction and guidance, to help them to find practical and empowering courses of action to take. This does not mean we will tell you what to do, as this is not our role. We will not impede the free will of others.
7. We will not give advice in areas for which we are not qualified. If the client needs a physician, psychologist, lawyer, financial advisor, accountant, or any other professional service for which we are not qualified, we will encourage them to seek such service from someone who is qualified in that area.
8. We will constantly strive to improve our Oracle reading skills, and to always be learning and growing.
9. Our intention when doing readings is to serve the best interests of our clients and all concerned without causing harm or wishing to deceive. We will not do readings for anyone under the influence of intoxicants.
10. We reserve the right to refuse to do readings for a question that we feel we cannot answer, or one that goes against our Ethics Policy.
1. If you need to cancel or reschedule a reading, we require 24-hour notice, as is standard practice of most professional businesses. If you cancel before the 24 hour window, the money will be refunded. If you reschedule, your payment will be applied toward your next appointment. We will only allow one reschedule per appointment, so ensure your rescheduled time will work. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in the loss of your refund. When you book an appointment, be certain before you click the “Buy Now” button.
2. If you are running late for your reading, please communicate to us your lateness via email/text message/ call. Provided communication is given, we will honour the balance of your reading time.
3. If there is no communication, we will not read for you again. We value your time, and please value ours.
4. All readings and services require payment in advance. A receipt of payment will trigger the scheduling process. Credit or debit cards are both accepted as well as EFT through our online secured “Book Now” page.
